Keene Police: Content Creator Filmed Putting Urine on Store Food

A social media content creator has been arrested after police found videos showing her contaminating store food with urine, according to the Keene Police Department.
Kelli Tedford, 23, was taken into custody on Friday, February 21, and charged with felony criminal mischief. Police said an anonymous source reported that Tedford had posted “disturbing videos” of herself contaminating food at the Monadnock Food Co-Op in Keene.
“The Co-Op immediately removed the affected product and, in coordination with the health department, issued a recall,” police stated.
Investigators reviewed additional videos of Tedford, leading them to believe that similar incidents may have occurred in Keene and nearby communities as early as 2021. Police said the contaminated items included organic quinoa, organic cornmeal, organic polenta, organic coconut shreds, and raw walnuts. The store confirmed that no fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods, or refrigerated products were affected.
The incident resulted in an estimated loss of $1,500 due to destroyed merchandise and cleaning costs, according to police.
“This investigation is ongoing, and additional criminal charges are possible,” police said.
Authorities have not disclosed where the videos were posted.
